Deloitte, one of the Big Four companies, combines technology with consulting to drive continuous innovation. Tech Talents Week is an annual Deloitte Brazil event showcasing the company’s latest digital solutions, exploring new tech and social trends, and attracting top IT talent.

For the 2023 edition, a creative concept, visual identity, and promotion strategy were developed to reshape Deloitte’s image for elite IT specialists — breaking the stereotype of a “boring industry” and positioning the company as a top choice for tech careers.

The centerpiece was a phygital activation: a remote “hacking” game connected to real lockers with hidden prizes. Participants selected a category, solved timed challenges, and unlocked digital cells that opened the corresponding lockers in real life, creating an engaging, game-like experience. All prizes, including high-tech gadgets, headphones, and accessories, were claimed within the first half hour of the event.

The event identity evoked nostalgic retro aesthetics with digital interface elements from the 80s and 90s, pixel graphics, and 8-bit sound, blending playfulness with Deloitte’s innovative tech image.
